Job description

Company Overview

Are you ready to help us shape the future of automotive e-commerce? At Drivvn, we're on a mission to transform how people buy and lease vehicles and we'd love for you to be part of it. As proud winners of the Culture100 Award, we're recognised not just for our innovation, but for putting our people at the heart of everything we do.

Since launching in 2020 as part of the TCC Group, we have been working with major automotive brands like Stellantis, Ford, Volvo, and Volkswagen to deliver seamless digital retail experiences. More recently, we've expanded into vehicle leasing, collaborating with forward-thinking partners such as MHC and Leasys.

Our platform supports the entire automotive sales and leasing journey, from vehicle configuration to financing, with real-time integration and omnichannel capabilities that put the customer in control. Our platform handles millions of real-time pricing calculations and inventory updates, integrating deeply with OEM systems, DMS platforms, and finance providers.

We're currently focused on the European market, but we're thinking big and have exciting plans for global expansion. In FY25, we generated over £8 million in revenue and we know that our success is all thanks to the brilliant people who make up our team.

Role Overview

As Director of Product, you'll own the product vision and strategy for Drivvn's platform, defining where we go, why it matters, and how we get there. This is a senior leadership role at the heart of the business, sitting alongside the CTO and commercial leadership to shape both product direction and company strategy. You'll lead a talented team of Product Leads and Designers and bring the discipline and energy to turn ambitious ideas into real outcomes for our clients and their customers.

  • Identify growth opportunities within automotive ecommerce — new features, products, and adjacent services

  • Translate business strategy into a clear, prioritised, and actionable product roadmap

  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring everything we build solves real problems and delivers measurable value

Leadership & Team Direction

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Product Leads and Design teams

  • Establish best practices across product discovery, delivery, and lifecycle management

  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

  • Provide clear direction and prioritisation across multiple product streams

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the CTO and engineering teams to ensure effective and aligned product delivery

  • Connect product initiatives to technical strategy, scalability, and platform capabilities

  • Collaborate with commercial, sales, and marketing teams to drive product-market fit and successful go-to-market execution

  • Play an active role in executive decision-making as a key member of the senior leadership team

Product Delivery & Execution

  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation through to launch and optimisation

  • Ensure roadmaps are realistic, well-prioritised, and aligned with engineering capacity

  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic goals

  • Champion data-driven decision-making and a culture of continuous iteration

Commercial Impact

  • Drive revenue growth through product innovation and optimisation of ecommerce journeys

  • Define and track key product metrics — including conversion rates, engagement, retention, and revenue contribution

  • Demonstrated ability to define and deliver product strategy at scale

Skills & Mindset

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including operating comfortably at C-suite level

  • Data-driven approach with hands-on experience using analytics to inform and validate decisions

  • A natural leader who develops capability in others and builds high-performing teams

What Success Looks Like

  • A coherent product vision is in place, well understood across the business, and clearly connected to Drivvn's commercial goals

  • The roadmap is structured, realistic, and prioritised — with the whole business confident in what we're building and why

  • Product and engineering are working in genuine partnership, with strong delivery cadence and fewer blockers

  • Key product metrics are defined, tracked, and moving in the right direction — particularly around ecommerce conversion, client retention, and revenue contribution

  • Clients are seeing tangible value from product improvements, reflected in satisfaction, retention, and growth

  • The product team is operating at a higher level, with stronger discovery practices, clearer ownership, and a culture of continuous improvement

  • You're a trusted and active voice in the senior leadership team, contributing to company strategy beyond the product brief

  • New product opportunities in automotive ecommerce are being identified and brought to life, keeping Drivvn ahead of the market
