Company Overview:

Are you ready to help us shape the future of automotive e-commerce? At Drivvn, we're on a mission to transform how people buy and lease vehicles and we'd love for you to be part of it. As proud winners of the Culture100 Award, we're recognised not just for our innovation, but for putting our people at the heart of everything we do. Since launching in 2020 as part of the TCC Group, we have been working with major automotive brands like Stellantis, Ford, Volvo, and Volkswagen to deliver seamless digital retail experiences. More recently, we've expanded into vehicle leasing, collaborating with forward-thinking partners such as MHC and Leasys. Our platform supports the entire automotive sales and leasing journey, from vehicle configuration to financing, with real-time integration and omnichannel capabilities that put the customer in control. Our platform handles millions of real-time pricing calculations and inventory updates, integrating deeply with OEM systems, DMS platforms, and finance providers. We're currently focused on the European market, but we're thinking big and have exciting plans for global expansion. In FY25, we generated over £8 million in revenue and we know that our success is all thanks to the brilliant people who make up our team.

Role Overview

As Technical Implementation Manager, you are the critical link between our customers and our engineering teams. You translate complex customer requirements into structured delivery plans, own the roadmap of technical integrations and onboarding programmes, and ensure that our platform capabilities are deployed with precision and commercial intent.

This is a role that demands both technical credibility and commercial fluency. You'll work closely with our Growth teams to define scopes of work, manage delivery priorities, and protect timelines, while acting as a trusted, expert point of contact for our customers throughout the project lifecycle

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Roadmap Management

  • Capture, structure, and validate customer requirements, translating them into well-defined delivery roadmaps

  • Own the integration roadmap across multiple concurrent customer programmes, balancing priorities across delivery teams

  • Run regular roadmap review sessions with customers and internal stakeholders, surfacing risks early and managing scope clearly

  • Maintain a clear view of the product backlog and delivery pipeline, working with engineering leads to sequence work effectively

Technical Integration & Onboarding

  • Lead the delivery of key technical integrations, including OEM system connections, DMS platforms, finance provider APIs, 3rd party data providers and inventory data feeds

  • Own the customer onboarding journey from contract signature through to go-live, coordinating across product, engineering, and customer teams

  • Produce and maintain integration specifications, technical scoping documents, and delivery plans in close collaboration with engineering

  • Identify and resolve technical blockers, escalating where needed and keeping all stakeholders aligned throughout

Delivery Coordination & Engineering Interface

  • Serve as the primary conduit between customers and our engineering teams, ensuring requirements are understood, well-scoped, and delivered to specification

  • Support engineering teams in managing priorities, balancing customer demand against platform development goals

  • Facilitate reviews, standups, and retrospectives where customer context is required, ensuring delivery cadence is maintained

  • Track project health across delivery milestones, proactively communicating status, risks, and decisions to all parties

Commercial & Scope Alignment

  • Work closely with the commercial team to define scopes of work & delivery plans

  • Ensure that project scope is clearly bounded, change-controlled, and commercially accountable, managing out-of-scope requests professionally

  • Contribute to pre-sales processes by providing technical scoping, delivery timelines, and effort estimates for new business proposals

  • Support strategic account reviews by providing delivery performance data and forward-looking roadmap input

Stakeholder & Customer Management

  • Build trusted, expert-led relationships with technical and operational contacts at customer organisations across OEMs, dealer groups, and leasing companies

  • Act as an escalation point for delivery issues, handling complex conversations with composure and a solution-first mindset

  • Proactively communicate project updates, milestone achievements and risks, always maintaining confidence and clarity

  • Champion the customer perspective internally, ensuring the voice of the customer shapes product and delivery decisions

About you

  • Proven experience managing complex technical integrations. Ideally involving OEM systems, DMS platforms, finance APIs, or inventory data

  • Knowledge of API architecture, data integration patterns, or web platform delivery

  • Strong understanding of the automotive digital retail landscape and the ecosystem of systems that support vehicle sales and leasing

  • Demonstrable track record of delivering multi-stakeholder programmes on time and within scope, in agile delivery environments

  • Exceptional requirements management skills: able to translate ambiguous customer needs into structured technical briefs

  • Commercially literate: able to work with scopes of work, change requests, and delivery plans in a contract-aware environment

  • Strong communicator with the ability to build credibility with both technical engineering teams and non-technical customer stakeholders

  • Highly organised with a disciplined approach to documentation, milestone tracking, and risk management

Desirable:
